Since the WRC championship takes you through almost (see below) every stage, win everything for progress on #05, #06, #14, and #15. I recommend you play on Simulation mode, or you'll have to go through all the stages again in quick play mode (re: #13 and #16). If you are given the chance to move on to the next tier midway through a season, you can accept the offer and you'll still get related accomplishment/achievement.
